By submitting your contact information through any Risein Estate form, landing page, or partner website, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Risein Estate and/or its network of licensed real estate agents and lenders at the number provided. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase and that message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.

2.1 Phone Calls
We and our partner agents may contact you by phone:
- Live calls from real estate agents during business hours

- We honor the National Do Not Call Registry for marketing calls
2.2 Text Messages (SMS/MMS)
Text messaging is used for:

Text STOP to Opt Out

When consumers submit their information through our forms, they provide express written consent to be contacted by:
- Risein Estate
- Our network of licensed real estate agents
- Partner mortgage lenders and related service providers
This consent is documented with timestamp, IP address, form URL, and the specific language presented.
3.2 Consent Language
All forms include clear TCPA disclosure language before submission. By clicking "Submit," "Get My Quote," "Contact Me," or similar buttons, consumers acknowledge they have read and agree to the consent terms.
3.3 Prior Express Written Consent for Autodialed Calls
For autodialed or pre-recorded calls, we obtain prior express written consent as required by the TCPA. This consent:
- Is obtained through a clear and conspicuous disclosure
- Is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services
- Includes the specific phone number to be contacted
- Identifies the parties authorized to make contact
4. Managing Communication Preferences
4.1 For Agents (Account Holders)

- Maintain professional communication standards
- Report any compliance concerns to Risein Estate
Violation of Communication Policies: Agents who violate TCPA or our communication policies may have their accounts suspended and be held responsible for any resulting legal claims or penalties.
8. Recording and Monitoring
Phone calls may be recorded for:
- Quality assurance and training purposes
- Dispute resolution
- Legal compliance verification
- Lead verification
When calls are recorded, we provide notice as required by applicable law. In two-party consent states, both parties are notified at the beginning of the call.
